- No refunds for completed work; partial refunds considered case-by-case
- Chargebacks will result in immediate service termination

- Delivered content becomes client property after full payment
- Client guarantees they have rights to any materials provided to us
6. Confidentiality

7. Limitation of Liability

8. Termination
Either party may terminate services with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees remain payable.
